My View On Downloading

We live in an age of impatience, technology has given us the chance to go shopping without leaving the house, speak to friends & relatives without having to speak on the phone or see them....and also download film's and music, free of charge.

I myself have never been one for downloading, I like to support the film's that I like. View it this way, You spend months and months making a film only for a percentage of your audience to download it, with no fee. The statistics state that for every 5 people, 3 will download it. Which is a worrying figure.

No the companies that make these films are not short of money, but you have to also remember the important people that make the important decisions go off percentages, statistics, numbers and profit, But not just that, think of the small independent film-makers who pump their hard earned life savings, putting themselves in debt, quitting their jobs, working months on end sometimes even years, all for one film, to try and breakthrough to the business, only for people to download it....................

How would you feel if you were in their shoes??
